1. Agreement
By using Areeba Flow ("we", "us") you agree to these terms. If you use the service for a business, you confirm you can accept these terms on its behalf.
2. The service
Areeba Flow is a booking and follow-up system for home service businesses. Depending on your plan, it can include a website, funnels, a CRM, automations and AI tools. Plan details are on our pricing page. We may change or remove features, and we will give notice of material changes.
3. Accounts
You must be at least 18 and able to enter a binding contract. You are responsible for your login details and for activity on your account.
4. Billing
- Subscriptions are billed in advance, monthly or yearly, and renew until cancelled.
- Any setup fee shown for your plan is charged once.
- SMS, calls, email, AI and similar usage may be charged separately beyond any included credit.
- We will give at least 30 days' notice of subscription price changes.
- Refunds are covered by our Refund Policy.
5. Acceptable use
You must follow our Acceptable Use Policy. We may restrict, suspend or close accounts that break it.
6. Your legal responsibilities
You are responsible for how you contact your customers, including getting consent and following laws such as the TCPA, CAN-SPAM, GDPR and CCPA where they apply, along with carrier rules. See our SMS Compliance page.
7. AI features
AI replies and calls can make mistakes. You are responsible for reviewing your setup and for what is said to your customers on your behalf.
8. Your data
You own the data you add. You give us permission to use it only as needed to provide and support the service. Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle it.
9. Our content
We and our licensors own the service, software, branding and website content. You may not copy, resell or reverse engineer them unless we agree in writing.
10. No guarantee of results
We do not guarantee any specific number of leads, bookings or revenue. Examples on our website are illustrative. The service is provided "as is", to the extent the law allows, and may sometimes be unavailable.
11. Limit of liability
To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, such as lost profits or lost data. Our total liability is limited to the fees you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.
12. Cancellation
You can cancel from your account or by emailing us. Cancelling stops future billing, and your service continues until the paid period ends. You have 30 days after cancellation to export your data. We may end the service for serious or repeated breaches of these terms.
13. Changes
We may update these terms and will change the date above. For material changes, we will notify account owners by email. Continuing to use the service means you accept the update.
