1. Who this policy covers
This policy explains how Areeba Flow ("we", "us") handles personal information when you visit areebaflow.com, book a demo, or use our booking and follow-up system.
2. Information we collect
- Details you give us: your name, business name, email, phone number and anything you share when you book a demo or contact us.
- Account and billing details: login details, plan, invoices and payment status. Card details are handled by our payment provider.
- Your customers' data: contacts, messages, call records, estimates, invoices and files you add to the system.
- Technical data: IP address, browser and device type, and basic usage logs.
- Support conversations: messages you send to our team.
3. How we use information
- To provide, set up and support the service.
- To schedule demos and reply to your requests.
- To send billing notices and service updates.
- To protect the service, prevent fraud and meet legal duties.
- To send marketing, where you have agreed to receive it. You can opt out at any time.
4. SMS and phone numbers
If you agree to receive text messages from us, we use your number only for the messages you agreed to. Message frequency varies, and message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out or HELP for help.
We do not sell or share mobile phone numbers or SMS consent with third parties for their marketing.
5. Who we share information with
We do not sell personal information. We share it only with providers that help us run the service, such as website hosting and analytics, customer management and booking software, messaging and calling services, email delivery, AI services, font delivery and payment processing. We may also share information when the law requires it, or as part of a business transfer.
6. Your customers' data
You remain responsible for the data you add about your own customers, including having the right to contact them. We process that data to provide the service to you.
7. Your rights
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, delete or export your information, or to object to certain uses. Email support@areebaflow.com to make a request. We may need to confirm your identity first.
8. How long we keep data
We keep account data while your account is active. After cancellation, you have 30 days to export your data. After that we delete or anonymize it, unless we must keep certain records for legal, tax or security reasons.
9. Security
We use HTTPS and limit access to the people and providers who need it. No system is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security. Please keep your login details private.
10. Analytics and cookies
We use Cloudflare Web Analytics to understand visits, popular pages and page speed. It collects technical data such as the page visited, browser and device details. We do not currently use advertising cookies.
The booking calendar is provided through a third-party tool, which may use cookies needed for it to work. If we add advertising tools, we will update this policy.
11. Children
Our service is for businesses and is not intended for anyone under 18.
12. International users
Our providers may process information in countries other than yours, including the United States.
13. Changes
We may update this policy. We will change the date above and, for material changes, notify account owners by email.
