Landscape Services Agreement

1. Scope of Work

Cedarline Home Services (the “Company”) will furnish the labor, equipment and materials described in Estimate #208, including lawn care installation over prepared soil, edging along the drive and a first watering. Work not listed in the estimate is not included and will be quoted separately before it begins.

2. Schedule and Access

Work starts on the date agreed in the schedule and continues on consecutive working days, weather permitting. The Customer will keep the work area clear of vehicles and pets and will provide access to an outdoor water supply during working hours.

3. Payment

A deposit is due when this agreement is signed and the balance is due on completion. Estimates are valid for 30 days. Either party may cancel in writing before work begins; materials already ordered for the job are billed at cost.
